Delete your account

Destiny Unfolds supports account deletion requests for App Store readiness and user control. You can also reset local chart data directly inside Settings.

Fastest option

If you can open the app, go to Settings → Account & Data → Reset Everything. This clears local chart data, preferences, saved readings, and signs out after deleting your cloud profile when signed in.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account or want a manual deletion request, email us from the address connected to your Destiny Unfolds account. We will delete or de-identify saved account, profile, chart, and notification data unless retention is required for security, legal, billing, or abuse-prevention reasons.

What deletion covers

  • Saved profile and birth-chart data associated with your account.
  • Notification tokens and notification preferences associated with your account where identifiable.
  • Saved readings or account-linked app state where applicable.
  • Support, security, billing, and infrastructure logs may be retained where legally or operationally required.
